整体可以，就是前台接待员态度一般，进去看到都是趴着睡觉，我订的是6间房，退房时先退3间，还有3间未到大堂，过了一会全部房卡已交，问可以没，两个前台接待员工作交待不清，居然说我还有4间房未交房卡，真是无语。希望酒店方面可以做好些。
