一直出差旅行都是选择维也纳，可是这酒店的服务我也是无语了，停车场把整个档次都拉低了，晚上去到酒店都没位置停了，保安说有车带我们到另一个车场，又不说在哪，结果带了四辆车，只有一辆跟上了，后面三辆都没得跟上，带队的人完全一傻B，开得飞快，本来路上都人多，搞得我都违章了，结果自己又回到酒店大门等，打电话给前台投诉也没用，净会说不好意思，也没说怎么处理，我看就没打算处理了，对于一名老客户来讲，对维也纳的服务态度真是无语了，希望有关部门可以重视一下！！

与朋友二家人来韶关玩，朋友给订的酒店，很不错。酒店是2016年新开的，大堂明亮，房间里面的被子枕头毛巾是白色的很干净。里面的设备很新，装修的风格也不错，地毯也很干净，小孩子好兴高的跑来跑去。酒店的所有房间都是同一面的，窗外可以看到一条江很舒服。酒店楼下就是风采路（步行街），吃饭逛街非常方便。
