酒店是2016年新开的，我个人喜欢住较新的酒店。大堂明亮，房间里面的被子枕头毛巾是白色的很干净。里面的设备很新，装修的风格也不错，地毯也很干净，小孩子好兴高的跑来跑去。酒店的所有房间都是同一面的，窗外可以看到一条江很舒服。酒店楼下就是风采路（步行街），吃饭逛街非常方便。

刚开的酒店，味道较浓，服务员也不专业，窗户舍不得开，叫她开门，竟然说要记得带钥匙，不然下班了没人帮忙开门，真是诧异，这样的话也说得出??

维也纳酒店秉承五星级的装修和服务，这是我到全国出差都选择维也纳酒店的理由，但韶关风采店让我失望了，我和同事十点入住，告知没房，需半小时可拿房，等待十一点入住同事仍然没拿到房间，我已办理入住，可悲的是深夜十一多入住，发现床铺上竟然有很多根发毛，累了一天也懒的换房和床单，合衣而睡。第二天告知前台并把像片给她们看，说了一句，你应该通知我们换布草。????????难道是我的错吗？
