住宿那天天气比较热，我订的房间是沒有窗的，空调温度显示27度热死人呀，酒店空调不制冷打电话到前台后马上来人看了弄了一会，说现在冬天空调只有热风沒有冷风的。晕死，一个晚上就沒怎么睡好。一个大酒店明知是无窗房间怎么还节省空调费呀！以后再也不订这种房间了。

酒店还比较舒适，房间布置比较用心，房间还比较暖和。但房间设施稍显老旧，淋浴喷头要是增加一个手持式样就比较好，另外早餐相对于四星酒店来说稍显简单。周边环境可以，附近的70后餐厅口味不错，饭材也比较干净。推荐。

酒店位置不错，在市中心的银泰商圈，吃饭购物都很方便，对面有家“70饭吧”，很有特色和情景，味道也不错。步行十几分钟就到鲁迅故里，和沈园，秋瑾故居都不远。酒店旁边是塔山公园，空气很好，窗户望过去景色不错。订的豪华标间，孩子很喜欢房间的摇椅。

很不错的酒店，离银泰城很近，走过去就五分钟，酒店环境不错，每天还有免费的矿泉水两瓶，服务很到位～
