订的豪华标间，给我了普通标间也没和我作任何说明，也没补差价，直到我问了才说暂时没有要等到下午退房才有，要是没留心眼就亏大了。浴室墙壁很脏，没有清理干净，市内很暗必须开灯，空调不能调节。总体不好
