下午4点半预订商务间房价139，晚上9点半到店没有该房型，大堂说该房型只有一间，携程客服跟大堂联系过，说稍后跟我沟通，结果5个小时后我到店也不知情。本想致电携程维权，但想想有这时间不如赶紧吃饭休息，实付159入住豪华间。大堂小妹挺热情，对景点情况有问必答。另外3楼4楼足浴和ktv，我住9楼还是觉得吵。
