特别特别差的体验，浴缸坏、电话坏，还丢东西，以上问题有酒店工作人员确认签字的，三番五次去前台找人，带着老人孩子折腾到近11点才洗上澡……虽然投诉后携程有道歉并且赔偿，但我再也不会去了！

3楼是KTV，凌晨1点前别想睡。就算你太累能睡着，冷不防一声巨响也得醒来。然后你就继续睡不着了。
