这个酒店住起来真的很舒服，空气好，水好，老人和孩子都很喜欢。楼层服务员（王霞）的服务不错，不过也有点不太满意的地方，早餐的品种太少，而且口味一般，和五星级酒店不相配。

第一次独自带老人和孩子自驾游，在网上比较了好几家酒店，最终选择了阿尔卡迪亚，感觉不错。
说几点意见吧：
1、孩子在床上玩，一看床靠背上一层灰，第二天和前台有沟通，下午游玩回来依旧，第三天依旧。
2、马桶卫生不尽如意。
3、洗手台下灯带裸露。
4、第二天晚上带老人孩子去游泳，酒店的恒温泳池根本上就是凉水，哪有恒温，并且连浴巾都没有了。
5、堂堂的星级酒店中央空调不开，第一晚刚来时天气闷热，和前台以及楼层服务员沟通，答复因山中温差大所以不开空调，如果实在是太热就送空调扇，住3天酒店酒店就一直没来过空调，我也是醉了。

服务很好，其中一间房间的儿童床没有用卡通的床上用品，一个电话马上就换了。无边际泳池也很棒。女儿一进房间就尖叫，五星级酒店住过很多，这是能让她尖叫的。
