去的是中秋节那天，下午3点到，结果房间没打扫出来。然后就去餐厅点餐吃饭，说厨师下班了，让出去等，都不让在咖啡厅等。我们定了两间房，还是全额预付费，开车辛辛苦苦来都不给坐一会，威胁要退房，对方才给点餐。在景区这样的餐饮真的很一般，138一位的自助餐，也就和平常城市里的四五十一位的差不多。4点半好不容易住进去了，发现酒店没网、没电视信号，也没手机信号。中秋夜就这样过了,这还是五星酒店呢，真晕。可怕的是水管放出来水是黄色的，前台说是山泉水，这两天下雨多,没有问题可以喝，连洗澡也不愿意用哎。对了，还有一点，停车时候，想停离大门近一点，毕竟下雨，门口停了一大片，保安过来说停这里如果擦了不负责任。这就是五星的服务。酒店比较新，但是服务真是一点没有。强烈建议不住这里。

如果不是自驾游就别选这家酒店也别去神农顶了，包车去神农顶300，从木鱼镇去这家酒店40，五星级酒店没有接送车，配套无语了！但酒店环境风景真是没得说！超美！看在风景的份上，五星吧！

在神龙架酒店中算是条件最好的了，位置有点偏，环境好，早餐丰盛，十一提价不算多，性价比很高
