下午2点到酒店入住，被告知房间还没有打扫好。结果一直等到了下午5点！！！酒店说是因为有个400人的团队2点刚退房。我想说你酒店退房时间是中午12点，延迟退房是要看预订状况的。下午2点以后就应该保证有房间。退房的时候还有个经理跟我要好评。既然选择不得罪团队得罪散客，那就不要想着我留好评了！

神龙架度假带小孩，应该是附近硬件最好的了，就是位置偏了点，出酒店就不方便，但景色很好，在阳台看落日很舒服

我们住的7号楼，离大堂比较远。房间很大，环境不错，带大阳台，有沙发，可睡1.2米以下小朋友一枚，当然前提是小朋友愿意。有停车场。但备品很差，建议自带，热水喷头很好，很舒服。但遮光窗帘留条缝可以让阳光在6点就唤醒你。早餐品种丰富，品质也还可以。有送欢迎水果，服务人员也很有礼貌。但反应速度略慢。
