暖气跟不上天气！太冻人了！大厅冷！吃早餐冷！哪都冷！房间更冷！游泳池的水也是脏，早餐单一而且每天都是一样的！水果也是惜个如金的舍不得给客人吃！

服务真的不好，叫人上去看看电视声音打几个电话都没人来，还是自己下去前台叫的，还有吃东西非常不方便，只能在酒店里吃，晚上去酒店餐厅点了一份蛋炒饭，说是现炒的，端上来是冷的，反应之后只帮我们拿去微波炉热了一下就又拿过来了，结果是早上的自助餐上的蛋炒饭，非常失望，很难吃。
