  已经第三次去沈阳入住了，早餐很丰富，另外感谢凤凰饭店的前台临走时落下了一对文玩核桃，当天就帮我快递回家了，还给我了个包装盒。

  酒店位置非常好，离地铁站只有400米，设施很完善，淋浴特别特别好 ，卫生也不错，周边环境优美，步行就可以去陵北公园，服务热情，周到，自己不小心将遮阳帽丢在了中餐厅，第二天试着去问了一下，结果服务人员还真负责，帮忙收起来了，避免了一个小损失，值得为他们点赞。

  性价比比较高，就是人太多，定了70平的却无法加床，整体来说还是不错的，房间很大。旁边辽宁大厦里的啤酒花园也不错，晚上吃烤串喝啤酒，也挺爽的

  订的套房，新酒店硬件设施没毛病，房间宽敞。但是一进房发现马桶上有毛发，清洁不到位。着急出门忍着恶心自己用消毒湿巾擦了。接待的业务不很熟练，入住办了半天。最值得诟病的一点，除了客房很热情，早餐厅的年轻女性工作人员非常缺乏服务意识，酸奶没有了，问一句特别不耐烦的说有就加了，要个勺子也是拉了个脸。服务培训这块短板确实有点短了。

  酒店位于北陵公园旁边，距离新乐遗址走路10分钟，交通非常便利，离地铁口也只有10分钟路程。酒店应该是老牌星级酒店，但里面重新装修过，设施很不错，性价比比高。前台小姐姐还送给小孩多一份早餐，非常贴心。
