  五星级酒店的收费，三星级酒店的服务——一次失望的渖阳万豪体验 原计划入住三晚，但仅住一晚后便因体验极差而愤然提前退房。此次入住彻底颠覆了我对万豪品牌的信任，其表现可用一句话概括：收取着五星级的费用，提供着三星级的服务与品质。 1. 名不副实的“行政礼遇” 行政酒廊是本次失望的起点。下午茶仅提供寥寥几样饼乾、沙琪玛，随意放在储存罐中，水果不新鲜甚至腐烂。饮品只有自助咖啡，茶袋可选，一般的连锁酒店都比其优质，起码有泡好的茶水。欢乐时光时段则人声鼎沸，宛如嘈杂会议室，毫无高端酒店应有的静谧与优雅。 2. 影响核心睡眠的客房 房间面积局促，而最难以忍受的是寝具：一床硬而不暖的羽绒被，让整夜睡眠体感极差，这是酒店最根本的失败。客房本应是休憩之所，在这里却成了折磨。 3. 失守的底线：衞生与服务 公共区域的衞生状况令人震惊，大堂厕所地面泥水遍布，脏乱不堪。当向前台反映问题时，得到的只有冷漠与敷衍，无人跟进解决。衞生是底线，服务是灵魂，两者皆失。 总结 从有损健康的腐烂水果，到影响睡眠的劣质寝具；从肮脏的公共衞生间，到冷漠的前台响应，渖阳万豪在硬件、餐饮、服务等多个维度全线失守。这已不是个别疏漏，而是系统性的管理失败。我以五星级的价格付款，获得的却是连三星级标准都难以维持的体验。

  第一次入住万豪，入住感很不错，设施也很完善，接待我的服务经理Amanda很亲切，想的也很周到，地理位置也很方便，离商业街都不远。

  The service was just reach to 5 star service. The location was convenient and near to North Railway station. But some of the staff was not that friendly and I can’t special shoutout to any of them.

  The hotel service staff is warm and timely. It is located in the centre of the city with a good city view. In particular, Mr. Peter Zhang's service is very good. I will choose the Marriott Hotel in the future.

  老牌酒店还是值得信赖的，从踏入酒店的那一刻就感受到了满满的诚意，前台小姐姐Miki温柔又贴心，看到我带了随身物品还主动帮忙安置，入住过程全程顺畅无压力。房间空间宽敞明亮，采光很好，床睡得很舒服，缓解了一天的疲惫，衞生打扫得十分细致，地理位置也很优越，步行就能到地铁站，附近还有夜市，出行特别方便。无论是商务出行还是休闲旅游，这家都绝对是首选！
