出差最后一天选择他们家离火车站近而且网上点评也比较好，到了之后果然没让我失望整体酒店环境标准五星～很干净也很大气就是管道维修房间有点冷～打前台电话立马给我送来了电暖器～服务员大姐工号6119很热情负责给装好，还有工号6102大姐给我送来了指甲刀整体很满意，服务态度弥补了房间的缺失～点个赞哦！下回来沈阳还会住他们家??

只要回沈阳探亲就住在这里，来这里很多次了！每次都感受到了热情的服务，这次头一次带了不满周岁的娃过来，楼层服务人员为我们准备的十分周全！因为还没有到开暖风的时节，中央空调并不能给与暖风，楼层服务人员就帮我们拿来了暖风机准备了婴儿床，怕我们给孩子冲奶粉水不够用，又给我们拿了两瓶水备用。这种细心的准备让我和爱人都很满意！也谢谢宾馆工作人员的热情服务能让我们在这里给孩子一个舒适的环境！特次想谢谢6105,6015和6119，6038这两天的服务人员！也希望你们能一直保持这种工作态度！给与更多客人以满意的服务！

豪华型酒店入住最差经历，没有之一！不知道第二排名从何而来！马桶坏了，打电话来了人，说没坏就是上水慢，一个小时上水时间 ？空调不能自己调节温度，中央空调酒店统一温度！呵呵了！发票连续开错三次！艺龙的排名第二豪华型酒店！怎么来的我算明白了！以后入住还是选择五星豪华行连锁品牌！

酒店的房间很干净，只是卫生间的设计风格显得太暗。餐厅环境很好，迎宾员、前台服务员礼貌、热情服务，对6213和0340号服务员特别感谢！

酒店房间的家具有点旧，别的还好，设施完备，有停车场，晚上去了康乐中心，在酒店三楼，营业至晚上11点，1.2米至1.6米，旁边还有个小的热水池。0386服务小妹也很贴心，在酒店住宿登个记就可以去游泳了。还有三楼的日料店味道也很好。
