有空调但不开，只送风，:这几天稍热，很多人都觉得热。有空调等于没有，介绍房型说有空调名不符实，连连锁店都能开空调，怎能算准4星?。就此一条，忽悠客人，诚信都有问题。酒店应诚实，没有这项服务就不耍说是准4星。
