优点是：1，位置优越，下楼就是大悦城，吃东西逛街都方便，2，价格实惠，缺点是：房间设施老旧脏，马桶一直露水，打客房电话说派人来看，住两晚一直没人上来维修，我自己弄好的，床也不舒服，床品很旧很旧很旧！隔音很差！电视还是藏在柜子里那种八十年代的东西，唉，当时订房间的时候弄错了，怪自己马虎
