这个酒店是根据位置和星级选的，酒店距离我要办事的地方很近，交通也很方便，吃饭、购物、乘公交都比较近。这个酒店在同星级中装修不是最好的，同等级中按地价来看价格也偏高一点，但是服务是最好的，确实让顾客感到宾至如归。非常人性化的服务，去酒店之前有提前致电有无特殊需求，很重视顾客意见，尽量满足顾客所需，安排房间确实从顾客角度去考量，到达酒店后服务热情周到。房间设施齐全，这个星级该有的都有，就是房间灯不算多，不是很明亮，有的开关没有对应的灯，但是卫生间的灯设计的很好，尤其是夜间上厕所时，不打扰睡眠又能够防止滑倒。卫生方面给了四星是首先枕套不干净，但是能看出是刚换的，可能没洗干净，或者换的时候弄脏了，我觉得后者可能性更大，这也是为什么给四星，主要问题不是枕套，因为帮我换了新房间床上用品都挺干净。但是存在同样的问题是桌面沙发地毯都不太干净。尤其是桌面和地毯，能看到灰，干净的枕套换前放到脏的桌面也会变脏了，这就是为什么新换的枕套有脏污。希望酒店清扫房间时可以擦一下桌子床头，吸一下地毯。综合来说这家酒店还是很不错的，当你比较晚的到达酒店，被提供暖心服务，即使遇到问题但是都会帮你热情解决，很难得。
