酒店位于市中心，壮观的门脸映衬着海洋之星这座地标大厦。地下停车场住店或洗浴客人免费，有单独洗浴入口及酒店入口。这里的客房分酒店客房和浴区客房，此次订的是酒店客房，27~30楼。从此客房到浴区，得到负一层转出口或从大门出室外转弯走，四楼可以通向娱乐区，不过那边的服务员不让直接过去。房间超大，一室一厅两卫，设施齐全，含早餐还算不错。就是服务人员较少。

洗澡的时候下水道堵上了，出来以后地巾都湿了，差点滑倒。打开浴巾发现有血，让我很崩溃。客房阿姨态度挺好，前台就那样吧，你不发火她不解决。就这样。
