实在太差：中央空调是坏的，不能用，前台却说是供“自然风”。经艺龙了解，才得知“正在抢修”。因为是事先付全款（不能退款），只得住了五天没有空调，严重影响工作和日常生活。非但没有半个字的歉意，前台说你可以不住的。

烂到无以复加，由于工作原因经常出差，住的酒店价格都在500左右，一进大厅就感到一股浓烈的农村招待所等既视感，前台的人素质之低令人发指，房间除了大其他没什么好的，座机是坏的，取电卡更是让人有一种人在囧途的尴尬。床头两个充电插口，都是不能使用的，只有在洗手间给手机充电，整个房间都是古老的味道，那假华丽的金碧辉煌并不能掩饰其城乡结合部的本色，早餐厅没有碗，服务员去洗一个拿过来，路上还不忘记甩一甩上面残留的水，早餐的蔬菜是枯黄的颜色，炒饭感觉是剩下的，退房时候被告知找网站开发票，这没啥问题，但是房间的消费却被告知因为打印机坏了无法开具发票，除了奇葩我无语。自认倒霉相信了该死的网站推荐。顺便说一句，晚餐是在沈阳香格里拉吃的，看了香格里拉的服务，后悔没在那住，价格还几乎一样，现在心情还久久不能平静。很想说脏话……

房间挺大，但入酒店的门很偏，当时天很冷，找到酒店后发现与网上图片一样的大堂就进去了，谁知是洗浴的，还没有直接通到酒店的通道。
