设施新，但坐便档次太低，跟五颗星不匹配，位置好，万象城楼上，就是电梯设计的实在闹心，上上下下的倒，都搞晕了，服务很好

2月3日晚办理入住，一个看起来30多岁长得比较黑好像叫liu什么的前台接待，刷身份证告知信息没到，让等会，过了20分钟，我等不及了过去问，她冷冰冰的问 叫什么？拜托连句“你好”都不说 ，而且不告诉我入住信息已经到位了，而且我刚给看过身份证，这点职业素质还当五星级酒店前台，太差劲了，希望酒店严惩这种没有礼貌的前台
