对于酒店的服务没有太多了说的，符合希尔顿的标准，但是作为一家来我一年多的希尔顿来说设施确实有点不尽如人意，客房的门无法反锁可能是开孔位置有偏差，卫生间接缝处老化程度有点高，卫生间与卧室之间的拉门歪了也无法上锁，浴室上喷淋的装修太过豪放。酒店的地理位置还不错，周边有购物商场，酒店服务人员专业度较高。

服务非常的好包括前台，客房清理还有电话接线员，中英文都非常流利很是意外。餐厅早饭和晚饭自助的选择非常多，非常满意。只是入住的第一天，作为金卡会员有免费的果盘，只是这个果盘有些太过简单了，只是一个盘子上面放了零星的几个水果（两个香蕉，一个苹果，几个龙眼，几个葡萄），水果应该没有切好，不知道行业标准是怎么样的，但是有总比没有好。
另外补充：
地理位置很方便，青年大街上面有很多购物中心；酒店是很新的；19楼的行政庭非常好，很适合开会和办公。

去机场很方便，前台很贴心，特意把退房时间延迟到了下午3点，床kingsize很好，因为冬季开暖气空气比较干，房间加一个加湿器可能会很好
