小区环境很好，但是进屋后就开始失望了，房间墙壁上有的地方有水渍，有的地方起皮，感觉不是很透亮干净的感觉，然后还发现没准备牙刷用具，后来合计出门回来晚上再要，之后询问的过程中，服务人员一开始问我们是不是使用完了，我说没有之后就说厕所里柜子可能有，但是回去检查之后发现我们的厕所里根本就没什么柜子。我就想说，入住之前不就都应该检查好么？！电视也很小在客厅，里屋没电视。其中一个枕套也坏了两个口子。

酒店环境非常好，干净整洁，而且离考试的沈阳大学非常近。早餐也很好。前台接待人员服务态度非常好。酒店还提供免费接站服务。酒店的位置距离沈阳北站也非常的近，洗澡的热水非常热，装潢非常欧式。给人的感觉非常温馨舒适。值得大力推荐。
