很好，酒店发现房间门前有垃圾堆放，没有及时清理，为表示歉意，为我们免费升级了vip客房。这样的态度，酒店只能越来越好。有机会，还去啊！

第二次入住，这次的服务感觉太差了，房间水龙头坏了，都不能洗澡，打电话服务员说维修人员下班了，让去楼下洗，我带着一岁的孩子还有老人呢，我住家庭套房，牙刷只有两个，再需要牙刷需要付费，并且是质量很差的牙刷。浴巾毛巾感觉也不好，又硬又黑的。早餐也没有以前的丰富了，感觉不会再去了，服务和设施都让家人感觉很失望
