地毯不干净。服务员少没人管。早餐很差。连榨菜都没有。没有路灯黑气嘛无的。没有游泳池。总之不会再去了。五百多的价格附近吃饭的地方都没有。

先说一下艺龙的客服，预定后一直没有确认，就直接联系酒店，因为需要大床房所以在订单特殊要求里已经说明。酒店说没有大床房，所以就打算放弃，这时艺龙的确认信息到了预定成功，我又再次联系酒店，酒店回复是已经向艺龙客户说明情况没有大床，但是艺龙客户不负责的告诉酒店没问题，可以预定。还好我提前与酒店联系过有思想准备，要不然我到酒店被告知没有房间，事情大了肯定发生口角。大半夜的欺骗消费者，艺龙你要小心了！明年3.15肯定有你上CCTV。酒店方也要注重合作伙伴，别让不良的合作伙伴毁了你的声誉。酒店位置在棋盘山景区周边，有导航很容易找到，环境幽静，空气好，因为在山里面，没有车出入不太方便，周边也没有吃的，有一些农家院需要提前打招呼。酒店硬件还可以，格局很好！前台男服务员很热情，长得也帅，由于到的晚带孩子没有大床，给升级了湖景房。早餐一般，不知道旺季的时候有没有改变。
