挂牌五星，这个价位算便宜的，服务非常礼貌，前台是很愿意解决小问题替客人着想，打扫房间的服务员非常尽职，叫餐服务也好，唯一欠缺喝下午茶时碰到有优惠券点咖啡记得是免服务费的，但还是收了咖啡钱也付了服务费，要么是我理解错误，墙纸脱落床头附近插座无电，充电手机只能在卫生间充，其它设备都可以用，期间碰到电钻声音，打电话一说立马解决，总之豪华双人间的这个价格是值的！

第二次入住，非常满意，带了宝宝前台送了欢乐时光的卷，水果小点心都非常好， 服务态度必须给个赞👍 孩子晕车吐在地上了，前天立马过来问的是宝宝怎么了👍 并找保洁人员收拾好了，非常人性化的酒店👍 👍 👍

完全达不到五星的级别，尤其是服务态度。投诉游泳馆8月21日晚上8点值班的穿黄衣服的那位大妈，完全没有服务的态度。我带俩孩子去游泳，跟我说一个房间只能进两人，其中一个孩子必须买票！

酒店位置很好，交通方便，停车便利。酒店的性价比高，能感觉到它的威武霸气，老牌的五星酒店，只是细节上有些瑕疵，望改进！??
