本人甚少大打文章去表示不满！！！
（利申：没有要求免费升级房型）
登记入住时已令人感觉不好！职员称想帮我们升级房型，但是因在第三方（trip.com)订房，因此不能有上述的安排。我们表示没有问题，按照原有安排就可以了。但职员又称可以取消第三方的订单再即时以同价钱重新订房，无奈问完我们原本的订房价钱后又面有难色，好明显办不到同样价钱，令到气氛很尴尬。我们又没有要求要免费升级，但他们给人的感觉是不想给第三方赚取佣金！
作为顾客经过一场大龙凤后，不多不少都有影响心情。
谂住事情会告一段落，派完房卡后，朋友发觉大家被安排入住的楼层都不同，所以去柜台查询原因。朋友发问后，有位疑似经理（白色衬衫，高高瘦瘦&短头发的女士）听到我们的疑问后，立即回应我们：你们订这个价钱的房型每层只有一间。一副系咁架啦的感觉
但言语间眼神及语气表达，令人有种*****的感觉！什么服务态度，差到一个点。
除了服务态度外，有部分问题都希望藉此机会从而表达出来。
1:楼层电梯大堂：每次开/关门都播放音乐，非常骚扰住客
2:厠所：抽气扇的存在感是零，有等于没有，开了也没有分别，淋浴其间非常焗促
3:冷气：房间到指定温度就会停止，温度高了就会重启冷气。重启时就会发出”嘟”一声！！！就是因为这样,睡一睡就会被嘈醒一下！垃圾设定
4:房间智能小度：屏幕不定时会自己亮着，光度足以严重影响睡眠质素！提醒睡觉前最好先关掉小度机

The hotel is about 5mins walk from the metro station. The room is clean.
The breakfast is nice with adequate choices.
It’s a good choice if you take flight on the next day morning.
