非常愉快和感动的一次入住。房间整洁舒适，一次性洗漱用品配备都非常齐全。非常感谢前台。特别是小李，有问必答，服务非常周到。入酒店就给每个人准备了一杯热茶水，详细介绍了酒店的服务，包括夜间粥，洗衣，健身房等。一直打扰小李各种问题。非常感谢小李每次热情回答。酒店提供的夜间一碗热粥加小菜给在外奔波一天的我们回家带感觉。酒店交通方便，周边也有商圈。这次有幸用到了酒店的送车服务到华强北，本来约了11：30的车，结果因为时差，孩子一早就起来，酒店临时给我们改到了9点，满心感动，司机师傅非常专业，细心指导我们在哪个地方下车去哪里逛。还问我们需要不需要矿泉水。酒店早餐品种很多，入住两天，早餐基本不重样。让我比较挑食的老外老公都连连説好（这条他一定要我加在酒店评论上 ：））餐厅里的服务员态度非常好。主动帮忙介绍餐饮，帮忙预订热食，对收碗筷的阿姨印象深刻，讲话特别贴心。

房间衞生乾净，前台小杨服务很好，主动加微信询问服务。房间视野很好，在25楼。房间略显拥促。不过在寸土金的深圳，也不能过于强求吧？

美豪酒店的房间乾净企理，景观不错，能远眺四周环境，看着新区旧境的交替。设施也不错，27楼设有一书阁，能满足读者的需要，一边观景，一面叹咖啡和聊天，一举三得，值得一赞再赞。
其他设施如健身室，也为住客提供了一个好去处的。
