因为是帮别人定的，没有注意细节，定了也就退不了，这个也就算了，同程网的一个女的客服态度超级差，我们就是这样子的，页面上都有显示，这是不能更改的，我知道，所以我打电话来协商啊，直接挂我电话，让我联系酒店，酒店回复我们不接受客人自己来协商，哪里定的找哪里。还记得之前有次定的香港的酒店，因为机票改签，不退的房间也给我协商了改了日期，真的非常感谢，我们大中国的大魔都啊，就是这种服务模式，能说什么？人家拖家带口去魔都办事情，在同程网定是相信你们，不是来受气的，还四星呢，酒店破，服务差，第一次在网上写差评。想想就一肚子的火，最关键是那个同程女客服的工号都没有报，服务真的有待提高了，定酒店不是一定要找同程的，也麻烦对所谓的星际酒店实事求是一点，好意思说四星的。
