今次已是第5次入住，酒店位置方便，就近华强电子城和君尚购物商场。房间舒适整洁，客服态度非常友善，今次还送儿子免费早餐，各方面仍能保持优质水准，早餐丰富，中西式都有。刚巧入住当晚是平安夜，酒店送上圣诞小礼物，感到惊喜，非常暖心。

酒店十分方面出行，附近离地铁站及商场也不远，非常方便。
房间空间够大，卫生也不错，
内里应有的都有，也是我喜欢的日式简约风。
唯独觉得空调是比较难控制，有时太冷有时又太焗，街外也有点吵，觉得窗户隔音不够，这点需改善??
另外酒店早餐也是不错的，款式都多，
如果来周边旅行的话也可选择此酒店??

酒店最大的优点就是衞生，环境优雅，安静，早餐很丰盛，我们住的朝南的房间，阳光洒在房间里感觉心情都变得很好。我们是从另一家相同价位的酒店“逃到”这里的，连住两晚，简直是最正确的决定。另外酒店附近有几个地铁口，走路去华强南是最近的，去福田站非常快捷，晚上从香港回来也不觉得累。华强北稍微有点远，但是依然很近，总之交通十分便利。

酒店位置在华强路及华强南站都是约300米，隔邻是民居，后面有很多小店卖吃的。
酒店员工很友善，除夕向他们询问附近有无庆祝活动，员工很有耐性提供资讯。
房间很卫生，布局比较日式，而且设计亦贴心，两边床头也有USB插头。
顶楼户外小园地可以和朋友饮酒倾计，也有小小健身室，如果商务客也有直立式熨斗。

请问旅客关房间时可以轻点吗？？？
能不能不要在走廊大声讲话
特别在晚上11点后，1am还在大声！！！
这酒店，十分优雅，十分舒适，十分漂亮
前台员工非常有礼貌
早餐选择不少，煮面的厨师也很有礼貌
地点四通八达，走10分钟就有大商场，
地铁站很近
房间很舒适，用品齐全，
确实很不错
问题在于自动厕所板，
打开关上时，发出极大撞墙声和碰撞声，
相信酒店能好好处理
另外 门外有些人回房间会大力关房门
大声讲话一直吵
我请求安静房间，
下次或者可以安排去一些离开电梯，
又或者避开比较人多的房间
更另外就是 窗外一直有车子按喇叭
凌晨2点还会这样一直按的吗？
我完全明白这是酒店控制不了的
只是觉得很奇怪
只想告诉大家，
如果比较容易醒来，
耳塞是必需的，也可以问前台
凌晨2点要问前台拿耳塞我也是第一次
希望旅客也请自重
我不怪酒店，但相信能做得更好的

酒店离福田口岸约廿分钟车程，职员有礼貌，附近有很多餐厅便利店可选择，非常方便，唯隔音比较差。
房间是木系为主，非常简洁整齐，床头有usb插头，洗手间清洁十分到位，有机械人送餐。房间没提供浴袍。
第二天早餐选择较少，味道尚可，可能是圣诞节，客人非常多，但座位不足。
酒店未能在门前停车，拉着行李箱到酒店办理入住手续，确有不便。

Great one night stay experience !
- nice and clean room ,with chinese traditional style decoration
- best location with walking distance to shopping center and subway station
- free room upgrade and late check out extension
- great food variety for breakfast
- free chinese costume rental for photos in hotel
- friendly reception
