Very disappointing stay. My room had live insects crawling inside throughout the stay (26 Dec 2025 – 3 Jan 2026), which is a basic hygiene failure.
This was not a one-off issue. I experienced the same problem during a previous stay at this hotel. Staff stated that pest control is carried out weekly, yet insects were still present and active.
For a hotel in China, this is well below expected cleanliness standards. The recurring nature of the problem raises concerns about hygiene and maintenance. I would not recommend this hotel to guests who value cleanliness and comfort.

交通：如乘坐网约车由皇岗口岸至酒店20分钟左右便可到达。乘坐铁路的话，可从罗湖座1号线至竹子林站，再步行14分钟也可。
购物：酒店乘坐网约车至KK One 约9分钟，至益田假日广场约7分钟车程。益田假日广场对面便是世界之窗。
景点：从酒店至世界之窗车程约7分钟；欢乐谷约10分钟；深圳野生动物园约30分钟。
服务：前台有两名服务员办理入住手续，处理时间很快，不用10分钟便可取房间。房间服务员回应也很快，这次是家庭旅行，联络服务员次数较多，但每次的要求都是即时处理好。
卫生：卫生不错的，今次已是第二次入住，房间也是很清洁的。
其他：酒店旁是园博园景点，附近很多绿化，住宿比较宁静。
