地理位置优越，一进甘坑古镇行冇耐就见到，酒店房间整齐洁净，需要用品房内有得供应，酒店设计好有特色，前台服务员亲切有礼，退房时还有一份小礼物，内里是零食，非常贴心！下次再来光顾！值得去！

我妈和朋友在中午12点左右check in. 职员很nice. 地点容易找, 地方也很乾净. 可惜我book的两间同房形的房间, 一间比另一间大很多. 职员解释是因为建筑物构造所以房间有大小分别. 但如果同一房形的房间大小会有不同, 就应该在订房时清楚列出, 避免到时争论或令人失望.
令外我妈的房间厕所门只能合上一半, 幸好入面也有分隔门, 不然跟朋友住同一房会比较尴尬, 希望下次有所改善.
不过我妈和朋友今次也住的很开心. 临走时酒店向每个房间送上小礼物一袋, 非常窝心.
虽然有以上情况发生, 但是这间酒店性价比还是很高, 很值得推荐. 希望酒店能继续努力保持服务水准, 职员也继续提供贴心服务, 令旅客有个愉快的住宿体验.

酒店位置方便，房间与相片相符，十分舒适清洁，每位接触到的员工（前台及打扫）都很友善和有礼，主动微笑打招呼，迅速回应及满足客人的要求和需要，特别是前台小哥小林十分专业有礼的接待，当我查询有否三人房时，主动带我参观房间并且仔细介绍，十分欣赏小林的服务??，退房时还送上小礼包，感受到酒店十分重视客人的莅临。
这次住了三天两夜，是我外游住过最好的酒店，虽然不是那种五星级大饭店，但是这里的员工服务和住宿环境，我可以给个五星级了??????????
期待再次入住，请保持好住宿和服务的质素啊！

The hotel was in the heart of the hakka village and turned out to offer us a very nice and clean room. The staff was very accomodating and friendly.
we recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the old town. As for us we will gladly return for another stay.Sorry i dont have pictures of the room i forgot to take pictures due to my grumpy babies ???? but we enjoy pur 2 days stay in here You can rent and buy hanfu in this village Nearby Restaurants so you won't get hungry it's easy to go hear with subway Stop At Gankeng it's nearby

The hotel is located at a convenient area surrounded by a food street. Staff were nice to offer us a free upgraded room since no interconnecting rooms were available. Clean room with all basic facilities provided. Highly recommended !
