    从踏入酒店大堂的那一刻起，Yolanda快步迎上来帮忙提箱子，还贴心提醒我电梯的位置，柔声细语地询问我的入住需求。办理入住时，我随口提了一句“想要高楼层、安静一点的房间”，她立刻在系统里仔细筛选，不仅帮我安排了视野绝佳的景观房，还特意告知我房间远离电梯和楼道口，最大程度保证安静度。入住期间，我不小心把房卡弄丢了，急匆匆跑到前台求助，当时正值入住高峯期，Yolanda安抚我别急，忙完手头的工作，立刻高效地帮我补办了房卡，还特意叮嘱我可以多办一张备用卡，避免再次麻烦。这样细致入微、有温度的服务，真的很难得！为Yolanda点赞，也为酒店培养出这么优秀的员工点赞，下次一定再来！

    是我近期入住体验最好的一家酒店，没有之一！首先必须夸夸酒店的设计，从外立面到内部空间都充满了巧思，现代轻奢风的装修精致又不失温馨，大堂挑高的设计让整个空间显得格外通透，水晶吊灯和艺术地毯的搭配尽显格调，就连电梯厅的装饰都别具一格，每一处细节都经得起推敲，住在这里真的像住进了精心打造的艺术空间，心情都变得格外舒畅。其次一定要实名表扬前厅部的Yolanda，她的专业素养和服务态度真的太让人感动了！我是晚上十点多才到酒店的，本来以为工作人员会比较疲惫，没想到Yolanda依旧热情满满地接待了我。办理入住时，她耐心地向我介绍了酒店的各项设施，包括健身房、洗衣房的位置和开放时间，入住期间不管是有什么小问题，只要联系前台，Yolanda和她的同事们都能快速响应解决。退房时她还特意询问了我的入住体验，并且送上了暖心的道别祝福。这样有设计感、服务又超贴心的酒店让我下次一定还选这里，也会把这家酒店推荐给身边所有朋友
