今次预订两个房间, 四天三夜！
第一间307号房：窗户向电梯, 经常有人乘电梯, 基本上是不能开窗帘, 仿似长年置身于暗室之中！
第二间309号房：窗户向对面房间的窗户, 双方为了私隐问题, 加上就算没有窗帘, 也只能看到少许天空, 于是惟有不开窗帘, 常置身于暗室之中！
不能见阳光, 感觉非常差及对健康精神也非常不好！
执房时, 添加物品, 时有遗漏, 如浴衣, 茶包, 要电前台跟进！
没有电视, 是萤幕投影机, 要找工程部较对才可驶用, 无电视台, CCTV可选, 想观看新闻及天气也不能！虽说酒店已付费看剧集, 但想看的, 通常只能看首两集, 之后要自行付费！
投影机机顶有厚厚尘封, 要通知才会清洁！
如果选择房间时, 能提供选项园景、街景、电梯景、窗向对房、.....可能方便用家选择！

设施老化，电视接收不良，花洒是冷是热，台面有污渍(鞋印)。窗外满报灰尘。
太商业化，楼下大堂升降机旁已有汉服出租服务，亦有大量摄影师在附近招揽顾客。
早餐是KFC餐券，好彩没有订！
附近有大量不同的食肆，方便！

All aspects of the hotel is great. Not much to do inside the old town once you go around the place. A bit commercialized. Night views are not as advertised.
Unless it is a holiday, the lights are not turned on
fully. Hotel staffs are polite but not very knowledgeable
with information of the area. Breakfast is very average.

从南门进的话，酒店位于古镇较入的位置（近北门），慢步要约8-10分钟，沿途有很多不同种类的食店，晚上去看打铁花和二十四史书院比较近。房间乾净企理，床舖舒适，不错。

已经是第二次入住了，两年前去的时候就已经比较满意了！简单来说，对得起这个价钱，性价比还是相当高的。
地理位置在整个古镇的中心。前台人员非常有礼貌。而且会有小车接送至古镇入口。房间简约乾净，床铺舒适。就是电视信号差了点。如果第一次来的朋友，不知道怎么选，这家还是推荐的。

房间位置在酒店旁边的一栋矮房子，非常近大街，可能隔音好所以不嘈吵。
房间空间感很大而且很整洁，装潢漂亮有点古色古香，美中不足是淋浴间，其中一面墙是落地玻璃，里面是一些花草树木极像一个迷你森林，洗澡时令人带点不安，我女儿更是害怕；另外，水压不够，淋浴莲蓬头出水量不足。
格价合理，酒店整体质素不错，在甘坑旅游住宿是一个不错的选择。

Clean room and friendly staff. A small town close to the borders that suits a night stay to see both day and night. The hotel itself is close to a lot of restaurants and spots. Good stay!

Family suite was actually one big room with a partition to separate the 2 beds. Sound proofing was terrible. There were loud speakers on the street all night, no one at reception picked up the phone. In the end husband had to go straight to the shop and ask them to turn off the speaker.
