The hotel has a very stylish design, and the restaurant downstairs is highly recommended. The staff are friendly and accommodating, which was definitely a highlight.
Unfortunately, there were some serious issues during our stay. The room had a constant unpleasant smell that couldn’t be removed, no matter what we tried. It wasn’t just in the room—the entire floor seemed affected. Additionally, the lack of soundproofing was a big problem. You could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, and when water was running, the noise was so loud it would wake you up.
On the positive side, there are some great perks. The hotel offers a free laundry service, which was very convenient, and if you choose not to have your room cleaned, you get a free coffee. While these touches were nice, the smell and noise issues made the stay less enjoyable overall.

I recently stayed at the Noa Hotel in Shenzhen, and overall, I had a delightful experience. The hotel boasts a stylish, design-led atmosphere that truly enhances the stay. While it may not offer an abundance of facilities, the thoughtful touches made a significant impact.?
One standout feature was the warm hospitality from the young and friendly staff. They made me feel welcome right from the start, offering a complimentary welcome drink that added a nice touch to the check-in process. I also appreciated the eco-friendly initiative where I could opt out of daily housekeeping in exchange for free coffee. There were free snacks and drink in the room which were replenished daily or you can order a robot to deliver . There are also choice of pillows which is nice. The housekeeping team was exceptional—polite, helpful, and always ready to assist.
The hotel provides a self-service laundry room, which is quite convenient. They offer to fold and deliver your laundry to your room when it's done, so you don't have to wait around.
However, there were a couple of downsides. The internet was painfully slow, which can be frustrating, especially if you need to work or browse online. Additionally, the ventilation in the rooms could use some improvement, as they felt a bit "damp" at times.
Overall, my stay at Noa Hotel was enjoyable, marked by excellent service and a keen eye for design. If the internet speed and ventilation issues are addressed, this hotel could be truly exceptional. I would recommend it for those looking to experience a uniquely designed hotel with lovely staff.

某评的深圳必住，亲测住宿後倍感“大可不必”
房间景观:
域—双床房，长条形空间。年轻潮派设定，工业极简风説明了就是空间不够、概念来凑。两床头尾相对。
设计细节值得商榷。最大槽点是洗漱区与睡眠区有一道门槛，存在严重安全隐患。若是一不小心，随时扑街。
另外，小冰箱隔一段时间就抽风抖动狂躁一阵子。
早餐:
简餐，咖啡麪包煎蛋鸡蛋炒粉点心沙拉应有尽有。吃饱饱，没得问题。
位置交通:笋岗地铁站附近，到哪都方便。只是，周边工地施工吵杂，主干道旁边噪音绕耳。
床与沙发:
床无床架，就是一床垫搁地板上。沙发顶墙，无人体工学可言，坐久各种不适。
综上，不会有二刷机会。

第三次入住这里了，很喜欢这家酒店的风格，房间衞生很乾净，前台的小哥哥小姐姐服务也是非常用心体贴，很可惜没有记下他们的名字。打扫房间的服务员也很认真负责，一楼的出餐好棒，最让我惊讶的是车停在对面商场酒店还能报销停车费用。以後一定会常来！

总体来説超出预期，首先是装修方面，房间是有点小但是浴室深得我心，备品的质感都很好，个人觉得基本上和那些豪华型一个级别。而且环保理念也很赞，在国内真的少见，而且真的需要的话备品这些也会给。鸡蛋里挑骨头的话那就是电动窗帘的开关还怪隐蔽的以及睡人那一半的装修有一点廉价的感觉，但是这个价格不错了。房卡是木的第一次见甚至想带回去做纪念hhh。服务也比较有人情味的感觉，有玻璃瓶可乐赠饮，大堂吧还有啤酒（鸭屎香金桔艾尔狠狠爱了）赠饮。酒店餐饮也不错，不是那种单纯吃个早餐图方便的，算是比较中规中矩的餐酒吧水平，价格也还算合理。有多好呢，就是我这种从不在酒店消费的人都点了酒和咖啡和吃的。

此次入住整体体验很棒。
房间布置简约时尚，设施齐全且维护良好，床品柔软舒适，让我一夜好眠。衞生间乾净整洁，洗浴用品品质不错，热水供应充足且水压稳定。

因为很晚才到，酒店帮我们免费升级了大一点的房间。酒店走工业风，所有用品都是以环保为主。房间有瑜伽砖、健身镜，很有心思。?
从地铁笋岗站C出口或A出口经万象食家到酒店亦可。旁边是万象食家，餐饮购物也很方便。
前台员工很有礼貌，免费赠的酒味道也很好。
唯一缺点是枕头太低，不过也无损我们对酒店的评价，下次会再入住 ??

下午两点已经可以checkin,好近笋岗站，出口上地面右转直行5分中内行到，唔高只得5层
同行朋友订左适。大床房，我订loft大床房，前一日已经微信查询可否安排3房同层，最後3间同系3楼，loft系走廊尾，适系走廊头，但与升降机大堂都有距离唔会嘈到
开房门有一张电子卡匙，连一张rmb100按摩券，系酒店入面，但入口系酒店门外，不过冇用到，原价rmb 7xx, 住客优惠半价rmb 3xx, 唔知系咪可以再用券减100
welcome drink 10am-12am系大堂cafe可扫微信码换取，酒精饮品/鸡尾酒/无酒精蜜桃乌龙茶一杯，以为可以送上房，最後都耍亲身去大堂cafe换
房间楼底好高，因为同层，所以唔同房型一样有高楼底，走动空间足够，梯底亦有位置挂衫放行李
床枕舒适乾爽没有异味，有拖鞋x2，牙刷x2，牙膏，浴帽，梳，2支水，风筒，毛巾x2，抹手巾x2，面巾x2，有手提+头顶花洒水温水力都好好，雪柜有2支免费(可乐+雪碧)枱面有免费红荼+乌龙茶包，咀香咀小食各二
茶几上有套功夫茶具，不过有一个杯崩左，面纸都有
有type c, USB, 无线磁吸，内地两脚平/3脚斜插头系下层+床边都有
仲奇怪系有耳塞供应，附近有地盘但晚上冇事，反而我凌晨一点瞓觉时楼上loft房住客岩岩返，上落楼梯好大声，冲凉去水声都有

酒店很新，走的是设计风和环保路线，装潢很有艺术工业气息，房间面积很大布局也很合理，备品充足，质量上乘的同时兼顾了环保，赞。职员非常友善。另外位置神仙，旁边就是万象食家，吃饭休闲买东西超级方便。有机会会再订。
