在这家酒店的体验非常棒，前台3号人员很热情，对于客人的服务基本都是尽量满足！ 房间乾净整洁。这么多年在外旅游，这算是我住过最舒心的酒店之一了。

Mr Chen is friendly and Helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. There is a coffee shop on the first floor for those who need a cup.

The second stay was a nightmare. We asked for a quied room because of the traffic noise and been put in a room smaller then actually booked but away from the traffic noise. On the next day the first of January they started renovating the rooms below us at 7 o’clock in the morning. Reception was not reachable because of broken telephone line. The shower room leaked the water into the room. The cup showed lipstick from the previous guest. The reaction from staff and Manager was sorry but we can only offer another room with traffic noise again. ??? After 2 days they made the renovation crew start working at 8.
Only the Trip.com support was able to help. Unfortunately at the last day only. Better stay away from this hotel.

酒店在湖北大厦里面，一楼就是酒店前台，还有瑞幸和便利店
房间还行，大小适中吧，乾净也还行
前台7号服务态度很好，送餐还有机器人，很方便
酒店早餐就没必要了

房间质量实际与图片有极大差距，实物相当残旧。整间酒店只能让20位台港澳客人使用wifi，所以会出现没有wifi可用的情况。前台服务态度也较差，请香港客人慎选这间酒店。

这么多年出行住酒店我从来不给差评，第一次必须给楚天大酒店！第一天到酒店我和前台説让安排一间安静的房间因为我两口子都睡眠比较浅怕打扰，前台的工作人员态度倒是挺好説会满足我的要求，没想到上去后发现居然是尾房，我和绝大多数人一样都比较忌讳尾房的，下楼找前台的让换房居然只有两个房间可以选择（我就不知道难道平台和酒店的协议房间那么少吗），本来我打算不在这住了老婆説别折腾了凑合住吧，没想到这3晚太折磨人了，房间不仅有装修的味道而且特别不隔音，房间门上面一道大缝，旁边的房间半夜回来説话和开关门的声音巨大，3晚我的睡眠时间没有超过五小时的！酒店台阶设计的也不人性化，拿大行李箱上下特别费劲！奉劝想去住的朋友慎选，我是绝对不建议住的。

前台安排了新的房间给我，房间，乾净舒适，一楼还有一家瑞幸咖啡厅，点咖啡也比较方便。前台陈先生服务态度很好。附近吃饭的地方也挺多。酒店
送餐有机器人。很方便，只是房间网络下载速度有点慢，希望改善。
