  From the moment we walked in the door, we received an overwhelming warm welcome. Everyone we interacted with went above and beyond for us. Tracy impressed me. So kind and polite. Our rooms were beautiful, super quiet and clean. The beds were comfortable as well. We loved that the location was in walking distance to restaurants and shopping (about 5-10 min casual walk). Thank you for making our stay so wonderful and memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel

  The room is fantastic and the beds are really comfortable. Looking forward to sleeping well tonight. The view from the window is great.Got a great welcome from Edward on reception. Very helpful, very friendly and an asset to the hotel.

  The location of the hotel is perfect to shenzhen airport. hotel is close to subway Station.The room is overlooking the city. As someone who loves to eat ，10 mins from the hotel there are a lot of restaurants. When we were there the weather is quite chilly and still we love to walked around. I love that the lobby have some drinks for free and convenience store. That's brilliant and convenient.Overall, the service associates are really helpful, polite and kind.Thank you for your hospitality. See you soon again.

  This is one of the best hotel experiences possible. I'm not sure why there are any negative reviews but our stay was off the charts great for 1 night and we have done lots of traveling. Make sure to get the buffet breakfast included with your stay, it's an absolutely incredible value and so gourmet in every way with a plethora of choices. Room had the most amazing view I have ever seen. They also give you a complimentary fridge drinks!! Last but not least the location is perfect, it's right by the ?shenzhen airport and shopping really close to hotel. You can easily shop around. I don't write many reviews but cannot recommend this hotel enough. Will be staying at this chain of hotels again.
