    房间挺舒适的，枕头很舒服。 机器人可以送外卖上门，很方便。附近办事也都很便利。前台服务很及时很好，沟通很顺畅。 非常好??

    下午三点多入住説有下午茶，去到餐厅説是有公司活动后面説送一份果盘到房间，送到房间后的水果都是烂的，既然这样还不如一开始别説送水果了，反馈前台説换一份，第二次送过来的还是有烂橘子，不是説非要吃这个水果，但是两次都送烂水果就很膈应人，然后房间没有暖气半夜冷到加了一床被子，隔音也不行，早上明显听到其他房间收拾客房的声音

    Booked through trip .com and it’s doesn’t mentioned tha extra bed need to pre booked.so when we request for extra bed. Front desk just replied need pre booked and don’t entertain even we mentioned its not stated in the trip.com. And we travel as family with 3 kids. Requests for rooms at the same floor with front desk also not willing to help. Quite disappointing

    All was good, the room was clean and spaceous and the location is a short 10min walk from the station. We did not have the Chinese breakfast and looked around for something, but the options are few. Weirdly, the room key stopped working too, but all was quickly fixed.
