下午三点多入住説有下午茶，去到餐厅説是有公司活动后面説送一份果盘到房间，送到房间后的水果都是烂的，既然这样还不如一开始别説送水果了，反馈前台説换一份，第二次送过来的还是有烂橘子，不是説非要吃这个水果，但是两次都送烂水果就很膈应人，然后房间没有暖气半夜冷到加了一床被子，隔音也不行，早上明显听到其他房间收拾客房的声音

Booked through trip .com and it’s doesn’t mentioned tha extra bed need to pre booked.so when we request for extra bed. Front desk just replied need pre booked and don’t entertain even we mentioned its not stated in the trip.com. And we travel as family with 3 kids. Requests for rooms at the same floor with front desk also not willing to help. Quite disappointing

All was good, the room was clean and spaceous and the location is a short 10min walk from the station. We did not have the Chinese breakfast and looked around for something, but the options are few.
Weirdly, the room key stopped working too, but all was quickly fixed.

五星好评！这家酒店真的超出预期，房间宽敞明亮，床品柔软亲肤，衞生做得特别到位，连衞生间的角落都一尘不染。前台服务热情周到，办理入住退房都很高效。地理位置也很优越，步行几分钟就能到商圈和地铁站，出行购物都方便。早餐种类丰富，味道也很不错，下次出行一定还选这家！

房间设计很不合理，衞生间和洗浴区推拉式奇葩设计。枕头软硬度不适、支撑不足。舒适感很差。尤其是洗护用品味道不好闻也就算了。洗发水用完头发乾乾的一点也丝滑还不如不用的好，而且用完后发还很不舒服，头皮痒得抓不停，体验感差到极点！
