各方面都非常不错 特别是前厅的小马经理服务到位 三楼有自主洗衣机非常方便 附近也非常多好吃的 大堂还有一个咖啡吧非常适合我这种犯困的人哈哈??

服务很好，前台小姐姐帮我免费升级了房型，
喜欢三分离的房间，空间很合理，宽敞舒适
出门溜达，备注就帮我们整理了房间
唯一的缺憾就是，
第一晚，住的朝向马路一面的房间太热了，有些吵
这个季节深圳忽然热了，但酒店还没有制冷系统
后面2晚，前台帮我们协调了，9楼的唯一背阳面的大床，舒服多了
真的超有耐心，下次到深圳还住这里

The hotel lobby smells so bad!
The room assigned to me is clean but the body wash is empty so was requested to do the re-fill.
The gifts included in the package needs to remind the staff.
welcome desserts changed to fruits (can see in the picture)
the luckin coffee is not real as staff mentioned it is in breakfast buffet so it’s not luckin coffee.
Front desk staff are careless and not approachable.
Buffet breakfast is so-so.
Okay for 1 night staycation only.

酒店很温馨，入住时还给我们送了酒店厨师做的小甜品，早餐很丰盛，前台的小韩服务也非常到位！帮我们延迟到了下午两点才退房，吃完早餐还能回去睡个回笼觉，太舒服了！

和其他连锁酒店比，这家体验感好多了。前台小枝态度特好，办理入住时很有耐心，有问必答。房间里有啥需求，直接跟前台小姐姐説，机器人就会送餐到门口，很方便，住得挺舒心。
