Very convenient and close to key locations in Nanshan. The bed was especially comfortable and so was the robe in the room
Weird that there was no hand soap but you can take the body wash from the toilet

location is a big plus, very close to the station exit.
But the ac is keep dripping in the room.... toilet was wet when we first checked in and the window was super hard to close!!!
I called the staff come up for closing the window twice, they DIDNT COME UP at all.

The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a good level of comfort and cleanliness. However, I was disappointed to find that despite the description mentioning a gym, there was actually no gym available on-site.
One major drawback was the strong smell of smoke in the hallways, which was quite unpleasant and affected the overall experience. On a positive note, the staff were very polite and supportive, always ready to assist with any requests.
Overall, while the room itself was satisfactory, the misleading amenities and the smell in the hallways were significant downsides.

The front desk service was very unhelpful and borderline rude. The room had a toilet that was so loud it woke up the other person in the room. The breakfast buffet selection was limited compared to the other seventeen hotels that we stayed at in China.

The hotel located very near to train station exit D. Just a small walking distances and convenient for traveller. The room set up is not the same as the pictures shown for 2 floor queen size room. The bed is at lower floor and the tea set is located at higher floor, this will be a-bit useless as higher floor have little things. Quite an unexpected different as compared to listed pictures. No security deposit box available. The toilet ?? have warm seater.

This hotel is located outside one of the subway’s exits, making it very accessible and convenient. There are numerous eateries and places to visit within walking distance. The hotel staff were also friendly which made the stay pleasant.

Fast and easy check in! Was lucky enough to be able to do late check out. Although they have a station right outside the hotel, there’s not much options for dining nearby. Delivery service is convenient though.

I looked for a cheap Hotel near to the Shenzhen Metro and to Ancient City. That it was. Metro 20m in front of the entrance. Ancient City walk 20 min. My room didn't have windows what I didn't recognised while booking. But that didn't bother me at all because I was all day busy in the city. Very clean and comfortable.
