Very nice, helpful and professional staff, kindness is the best quality of this hotel.
The hotel location is very convenient if need to stay near the OCT art district; the hotel it’s very “minimal” in its offer….it has everything you need but everything is quite “basic”. At this price point can’t complain, rooms are clean, quiet and once again the staff is always willing to help on any issue or need you might have. Nice hotel for short or business stays.

Staff very very kind, nice and helpful. Room's decorations are extremely simple (a bit too simple) but the hotel is pretty quiet and has everything you need. Cleaning could be done better.

The hotel in the district of OCT. it is difficult to find the hotel by car. So you must really know the road to the hotel front door. The location is far from the subway. Maybe about 20 min walk. In The neighborhood are a lot of taxi. You can easily get a taxi to go about everywhere.
The hotel is neat. A little bit outdated, but still neat enough to be considered well maintained.
Maybe my room was upgraded. The room is very big. The bed is comfortable enough, but for me a little bit too hard.
In this neighborhood the hotels are a little bit expensive for the quality you get. But compared to other hotels in the same neighborhood it is for now the best for the money you spend.

No problems. The lock has a minor issue in that it didn’t lock immediately when leaving. Also, the gap around the door makes me wonder how easy it is to break in. But this is China (safe) and the location is relatively secure.
Au cafe in the nearby OCT, is a nice place for a coffee and cake ??
