本次入住体验总体满意，特别感谢酒店前台及客房工作人员认真、高效的服务。
入住前，我已提前预订好喜欢的户型并提出特殊要求，酒店安排得很到位，准确提供了符合我需求的房间。
提前办理入住后，我来到第一个房间，空间敞亮、设施齐全，但存在较明显的衞生问题，且隔音很不理想——隔壁正常説话声清晰可闻。向前台反映后，莎莉回应迅速、态度诚恳，立即为我协调换房。
她也很坦诚地提前説明了第二个房间的瑕疵。虽然户型并非我最开始想要的，但惊喜的是采光很好，格外安静，窗外风景也令人满意。最终我感觉这是我想要的户型，我暂时外出，酒店利用这段时间将我指出的衞生瑕疵全部妥善处理，非常用心。
感谢前台莎莉的高效协调，也点赞元旦期间坚守岗位、用心服务的工作人员们。你们诚恳的态度和解决问题的能力，让这次入住最终留下积极的印象。

出差都是来这边住的，交通很方便，就在地铁口旁边，后面有一条美食街吃的很多，周边绿化也不错空气好，停车免费，酒店小哥Damon人很好，安排了景观好且安静的房间，衞生打扫乾净，早餐也好吃，总体来説很不错。

东楼性价比很高，很适合出差，十楼洗衣房设备齐全很方便。房间采光通风都很不错，前台milo全程微笑服务，地理位置好就在地铁口附近。

Wonderful service; located near Chinese cultural park that is amazing. We visited with our grandkids.
Buffet breakfast very good.
Adjacent to good restaurant street.
In a section with parks and gardens.
