It's a pleasure to be here. The room is roomy and clean. in the restaurant they provide a wide variety of food for breakfast. Good location, good client services, the metro entrance is directly across the street from the hotel. Happy and would return for my next trip to shenzhen.

The service was excellent. The staff friendly and helpful. The hotel could benefit of redecoration of the guestrooms, as it's showing wear. Electrical outlets should be updated and the lighting could be separated for various times of use, such as bright, or subdued lighting. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of offerings, well presented.

Location was great as it was right outside the subway station. Check in was quick and receptionists was nice and helpful with questions. The price was also inexpensive for the room and there is an alley behind the hotel with restaurants and a 7-11 if needed.
