The room was very dirty. The floor (the room, not the lobby) was wet and slippy, the staff said it was the humid because the aircon was turned off. It never happened in other hotel. Some unknown liquid splashed on the side of the TV, kind of gross. Requested to change room but they said all rooms are like this. Oh well.

When we request breakfast that included in our booking even after breakfast time, the hotel staff packed immediately from restaurant nearby, hot and delicious.
The front desk help us made a courier service and called cab, very friendly staff. We will choose this hotel again.

Room is not well cleaned. The location of the hotel is in between a market. Only 1 lift is going to hotel and i need to wait long time in order to get in. The mobile signal is not good as well. The front desk receptionist is not really helpful as well.
