The owner is very endearing to her frequent guests. On the way to checkout she gave me and my traveling companion Susan some therapeutic face masks, special snacks, and small travel accessories like clippers and stationery. On Christmas las year the owner gave us a personally a little Christmas tree with lights and a beautiful packaged fresh Apple??????

因为离龙岗妇幼近所以选择这家酒店，意外的惊喜，定的双人床，酒店很干净，要刷卡才能上去就很有私隐感，点外卖也是机器人送上来，打前台电话秒接而且服务很好都会满足，前台小姐姐的态度也特别好，有求必应，退房后还可以寄存行李，特别好！！！！！！奈斯！！！

携程多年客户，第一次给差评，预订三晚的房间，只住一晚，次日马上转酒店，不是因为带看小孩，即晚也忍不了！虚有其表，不知所谓……

服务很好，我们一直要矿泉水喝，但是前台从没有不耐烦不给啥的。临走时还送了小礼物给孩子们。这个价钱又有早餐已经物美价廉了。而且智能，全屋小度控制。

爱了，爱了。发自肺腑的觉得这家酒店哪哪都好，对于带狗子们的客人的真的很友好，又可以带带狗狗们入住酒店而且前台小姐姐人嘎嘎好人热情，有东西忘记在前台，小姐姐专门打电话过来帮我寄了快递。反正给我冲这家准是没有错的。好评必须给咱写上去。

I stayed here for a week for business. Traveling was not an issue as there were plenty of cabs nearby the area. It was also very convenient to get food delivery. The hotel’s robot can deliver the item directly to your door step which is AMAZING! The hotel was new and the bedding and toiletries were of pretty good quality. The staffs were responsible and friendly. It’s a very comfortable stay overall except for a few areas for improvement :
1. Improve the variety and quality of the breakfast.
2. Provide ironing service or tools (it will help business travellers a lot)
3. Increase the brightness of the bathroom lighting (for makeup purposes)
