酒店房间双床够宽阔，而且有阁楼，空间充裕，一家大小4人入住也可以，服务员亦都热诚有礼，可惜酒店营运有一定岁月，设施维护不好，毛巾及床单都有破洞，地毡有污渍，房间阁楼设计楼上冷气不足，交通距离坪洲地铁站数百米，夏天走去也挺晒

酒店位置距离大仟里要行约10分钟路程，附近也有不少美食，位于十字路口上有3间酒店， 所以都算有较多食店在附近，晚上也有人在酒店附近摆摊，烧烤、水果
订了2间房间，有一间房空调不算十分凉快，另一间非常凉快，一间有衣柜，另一间没衣柜，但却多一个单座位梳化和小茶几，整体还是满意的

房间很大， 前台小姐姐还给免费升级了房间，卫生也很干净，晚上还可以去距离很近的欢乐港湾逛一下，停车也很方便，免费停车的，下次还会入住!

很开心，upgrade 了复式双床双人特大床，还赠送小礼物，小朋友很开心，入到房间地方很宽敞，房间很舒适，被铺很干净，厕所也干净洁净，冷气很足够，附近很多餐厅，去商场也很近，地点方便，距离地铁站不远，有机会会再来。

没有迎宾饮品及毛巾。第一间房嘅冷气坏坏地，电视能开着但开不到普通电视台，电影全要收费，地面有大片未清洁的食物残渣。
由于电视及冷气也有问题，唯一一位前台职员跟我们更换房间，但要等清洁姨姨打扫完才有房更换，等了超过1.5小时也未能换房。

When I visited Lavender Hotel in another area, I was satisfied with everything. Facilities, cleanliness, surrounding infrastructure, location, friendliness, etc. Yes, this time I booked the Lavender Hotel near Shenzhen Airport. It's a little disappointing compared to the Lavender Hotel, but the staff is very friendly. It seems like a good hotel for foreigners to visit. The room is a bit small

The hostel is good place and the customer service was really great, the receptionist was kind and helping in many ways. The only thing I don’t like was the cleanliness of the room and bad smell. I can’t say every room is like this but the one I got in is not good.
