酒店是乾净的、每天会打扫衞生很棒
地理位置其实离北站不近也不远走路要花大约10分钟，拖大行李箱有点不方便
前台服务态度好
有洗衣房和健身房 很好，自助早餐也不错

位置距离深圳北站比较近，很方便，大堂和房间的环境也很好，衞生也好，服务态度也非常好！特别是前台小林，优质的服务让人很开心，酒店很新，住起来很舒适安静，早餐也挺好，以后到深圳会优先考虑继续入住。

Great stay for families as the suite was large enough and had separate AC to cater for people with different preference for temperature. Hotel was near the Shenzhen north station so it's very convenient. Breakfast wasn't perfect but sufficient.

到店第一句话説定的是无窗房（就是暗房）要不要付费升级，诱导线下交易， 然后自己手机看了一下，提前定的房间降价了，本来无窗房的价格加10块可以定有窗的，前台引诱线下定，叫一个房间加80。
1，到店办理入住起码等了20分钟，1点左右到店説没房得等一个钟头，后面説要寄存行李了又説有一间好了 可以先住，效率低下，且恶心人。
2，进房间床单被套洗涤不乾净，不知道有没有换过，被罩上边有污渍还有条毛，恶心至极
3衞生间好多胶条老化，边缘污垢发霉，下水口跟台盆都有毛发，知名连锁不应该，
4吹风机完全热烘乾毛发，烧掉了也没换，还好没发生着火短路，置客人安全不顾。
5隔音效果差，临近大路噪音大，房间层高很低，压抑。
总结，不知道如何做到排行榜第一名，服务，设施达不到四钻标准。

地理位置蛮好，走到深圳北站大约15分钟，周边也挺热闹，打车吃饭都很方便。双床套房可住4人，2张床很大，房间也很宽敞，就是离高架地铁有点近，有点噪音。总体来説，性价比还是很高的，服务态度也很好。

饭店的价钱合理，?早餐也不错吃，又邻近深圳北车站，?尤其晚上的柜台服务人员也很好有需求他都会帮忙解决，连续住了四晚，要离开的前一晚居然床单放在上面忘记换，有点傻眼，不过还是有立即改善。?整体来说还不错，有机会去大陆会优先考虑此旅馆

Hotel is newly built, the overall interior & location is good. The only aspect that needs improvement is the policies on non smoking room. while I booked a non-smoking room, the previous guest of the room may have smoked in the room leaving a very bad after smell. Would recommend the hotel to improve on this aspect.

The first time I stayed at this hotel, it is a super convenient location-literally 7 minutes walk no to the North train station and subway. I didn't even bother with the transfer of the hotel from the subway.
The room is small, there is a small window overlooking the well-you can have some fresh air, but there is no view of course. The description of the room indicated that the window is small.
Breakfast is 80% of Asian cuisine, but you can make toast with butter. of course, there are no cheeses or ham. But to a huge plus it is necessary to add-there is oat milk-I really like it with coffee.
Very fragrant soap and shower gel! It's like aromatherapy! The shampoo is pretty good too, there is no hair conditioner and I didn't even want to wash my hair first, but apparently this shampoo already comes with some kind of hair conditioner my hair looks great!
What I want is to be improved: I would like bathrobes in the room, it creates more coziness and comfort, especially after a shower.
In general, the score is 4.9-haha, 0.1 points removed for the lack of bathrobes ??
