Very close to the SZ North Station. My room was cozy and had a small window. I liked the USB outlets on both sides of the bed. I had 7 bottles of complimentary water. The hotel was probably recently renovated.

The hotel looks very nice and has a good
location close to the train station (to HongKong) and subway. They use robots, toilet flushes and lights automatically goes on in the night

Good service, ten minutes walking distance to Shenzhen north, nearby has less shopping mall and food option but good if you want to take the bullet train

这几天在香港看演出，选择这家酒店入住，距离深圳北高铁站很近，交通方便。
酒店的服务也非常友好，由于回到深圳比较晚，所以凌晨才办的入住，酒店的值班工作人员办理入住的手续也比较快速！还免费升级到套房。
客房的入住环境非常干净整洁，入住的整体体验感非常不错！以后会继续选择该酒店入住的。

给考虑入住的朋友提个醒：服务、卫生和食品安全问题值得注意??
这次入住体验让我对这家酒店的服务和卫生有了些新的认知，特别提醒一下有计划入住的朋友。
首先，房间卫生管理不够到位，入住时发现洗手台有明显头发，反馈给前台后并未及时处理。这样的卫生问题，闻所未闻。
经过沟通，前台提出了补偿选择：一份水果或零食礼包。由于已是深夜，我选择了零食礼包，但退房后才发现，礼包中的内容物包装竟然已被打开。还隐晦地暗示可能是我们撕开的包装？如果是补偿物品，这样的处理显得不够尊重客人。
最后，在沟通赔偿时，酒店方面表示补偿的前提是需要我给出好评，这一点让我相当意外。这完全剥夺了我如实陈述事实的权利。卫生问题、服务失误，到最后还要用“feng口费”来换取好评，真是不可思议！
希望看到这条评论的朋友能根据自己的需求慎重选择，也希望酒店能将我这“65元退费”真正用到提升卫生和服务标准上，真正做好服务业，而不是用来走捷径。

The room was well arranged with excellent facilities. The house keeping services were top notch. My family enjoyed the array of food selected for breakfast. Laundry facilities ranked top among many others. We left the premises with unforgettable and memorable experiences. We hope to come back sometimes in the near future.
