  第一次来深圳，这个酒店非常棒，进到大堂就送上了一杯甘草茶，非常暖心，前台小哥哥也非常耐心，我们对深圳不熟悉，一直耐心为我们解答，给酒店点赞。

  设施：设施还是比较完善，酒店也是新装修的 这个套房的床都很大 衞生：衞生也挺好的 环境：酒店本身环境蛮好，楼下就是商场，吃饭啥的很便捷，晚上九点也不会有噪音 主卧和次卧都是分区空调 服务：将近凌晨12点入住，前台小哥也很热情，也尽可能满足我的要求，很棒！

  Location is very far and nothing to do around there. Room is a bit dirty. I can't eat anything for brrakfast. Staff are sitting with us and eat the same meal.

  这次出行选维也纳酒店真是太明智了！前台工作人员热情又专业。房间里布局合理，采光超棒，床软硬适中，晚上睡得特别香。衞生间乾湿分离，洗漱用品质量也不错。酒店设施齐全，早餐种类丰富，中西餐都有。整体体验超棒，下次还来！

  A very strategy location nearby to the station subway and overall is very clean. The Chinese girl 小温 at the front desk is welcoming, the one wearing spec but without name tag but with a tag of 实习生. I would recommend

  和闺蜜出游 豪不犹豫的选择他们家 果然没有让我们失望 设施虽然不是很新 但是很干净 环境不错 周边美食很多 服务态度好 宝子有住宿需求的别犹豫了 选择他们家不会错的
