服务跟不上，床单不小心弄到水湿了，打电话叫服务员过来更换被单，阿姨40分钟才来，而且一副极不情愿的样子。房间垃圾袋满了，按了房间服务，一直没人来，最后是我自己把垃圾拿出去扔的。除了泳池非常棒之外，酒店前台接待和房间服务人员服务都很差劲，早餐也一般，总体来说对不起这个价格。

前台服务员只有一到两个人，办理入住较长时间。房间空间还较宽大，但感觉地毯的灰尘较多。主要是为了无边际游泳池而入住，风景非常棒，只是泳池好小。酒店位置很好，旁边就是壹海城和海边栈道，打车去大梅沙海边也不算远。
